FORT WORTH, TX – Sherman Residential announced the purchase of 26 City Point Apartments, a Class A + apartment complex in North Richland Hills, Texas built in 2020. The 270 unit property is located between Dallas and Fort Worth, one of the leading employment centers in the country.
