The paint maker, based in Montvale, New Jersey, fired its four-person legal team last fall and began to outsource its legal work to independent contractors and Littler Mendelson. But now Benjamin Moore is looking for a senior counsel who, according to a job advertisement dated August 20, will advise the company's management and oversee its contract lawyers.
