A heavy blow to the lawyers of the plaintiffs who sued over Johnson & Johnson's baby powder came in a judgment of the jury in Missouri on Monday.
After an 18-day testimony, the jury deliberated less than an hour before sidestepping Johnson & Johnson on claims made by two women with ovarian cancer and a third woman whose mother died of ovarian cancer, according to a webcast of the trial through Courtroom View Network.
