The next legal chief of Shoe Carnival Inc. is going to have some big, um, shoes to fill.
The national shoe retailer's longtime general counsel, Sean Georges, has resigned after more than two decades with the Evansville, Indiana-based company. He parted ways with Shoe Carnival on Thursday, and the long-time CEO resigned on the same day.
