NASHVILLE, TN – San Francisco-based real estate company Hamilton Zanze (HZ) has acquired 228-unit The Retreat in Arden Village, Columbia, Tennessee. This is the seventh acquisition by HZ in Tennessee and the sixth in the greater Nashville area.
The community, built in 2007 and expanded in 2018, is 40 miles south of Nashville, which benefits from a well-established economy powered by a dynamic private sector and skilled workforce. Nashville is also home to several Fortune 500 companies and top regional universities such as Vanderbilt University.
"The Arden Village retreat provided an attractive opportunity to buy a high quality asset in a very strong sub-market within the Nashville MSA," said David Nelson, Hamilton Zanze Chief Transactions Officer. The retreat at Arden Village is located at 2477 Palomar Circle and was 97.0% full when you purchased it. The 228 units averaged 1,080 square meters with seven different floor plans. Communal facilities include an indoor fitness center, business center, clubhouse, resort-style pool, dog park, billiards room, and outdoor entertainment kitchen with grills. Unit amenities include granite countertops, large wardrobes, hardwood floors, and full size washers and dryers.
Management of the property has also been transferred to HZ subsidiary Mission Rock Residential, a Denver-based company.
