Embrey to Begin Construction on New 332-Unit Seven Oaks Apartment Community in Phoenix's Desirable Midtown Neighborhood

PHOENIX, AZ – Embrey is scheduled to begin construction on Seven Oaks, its newest multi-family development in Phoenix, Arizona, later this month.

The company completed its property purchase on September 16 for the property in the Midtown area, a desirable and upscale neighborhood with good employment opportunities, easy access to light rail, major cultural amenities such as the Phoenix Museum of Art and only 10 minutes from the international airport Sky Harbor.

The 332-unit condominium will feature urban amenities that provide comfort and support for today's modern lifestyle.

"Embrey's vision is always to create welcoming and exciting places people want to be, and our philosophy fits in perfectly with the Phoenix midtown community," said Jimmy McCloskey, executive vice president of development. "In addition to our unique living spaces that enhance the lifestyle, our convenient location in one of the city's most vibrant communities will enhance the living experience."

This project is funded by the Houston office of BB&T, now Truist.

The five-story apartment building next to Monterey Park on 7th Street offers units with modern kitchens with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and custom cabinets; Bathrooms with bathtubs and walk-in showers, cosmetic mirrors with designer frames, and high-end fittings; and dedicated laundry rooms, linen closets, and walk-in closets.

On-site amenities include a structured parking garage; a clubhouse with a game room; a state-of-the-art gym; a business center with micro offices; a leafy courtyard and resort-style pool; an outdoor fireplace and barbecue area and a dog park.

The first units are expected to be available in the fourth quarter of 2023 and construction will be completed in the second quarter of 2024.
