When Noni Ellison joined Tractor Supply Co. earlier this year as General Counsel, in addition to heading up the legal department. She also assumed responsibility for overseeing the retail giant's environmental, social and governance strategies for rural lifestyles.
Now Ellison is leading efforts to accelerate the company's ESG and diversity, equity and inclusion efforts. In late September, Tractor Supply announced a number of new DEI and ESG targets.
