Ahdoot & Wolfson and Barnow and Associates filed a class action lawsuit in the California Central District Court on Tuesday against online sporting goods retailers Running Warehouse, Skate Warehouse and other defendants for data breach. The lawsuit, alleging defendants not implementing adequate data security measures, stems from a breach in October 2021 that affects the personal data of millions of consumers.
