Former Coca-Cola Co. lawyer Dara Redler has joined H&R Block as chief legal officer, taking the legal reins from Tom Gerke, who is retiring after serving a decade as general counsel and chief administrative officer.
Redler joins Kansas City, Missouri-based H&R Block from the publicly traded cannabis company Tilray Inc., where she was the first general counsel. Prior to Tilray, she held various legal roles of increasing responsibility over 17 years at The Coca-Cola Co. Prior to that, she was senior counsel at travel retail platform Travelport and associate at Alston & Bird.
