CVS Health was slapped with a class action Thursday in New York Eastern District Court. The complaint, brought by attorney Todd C. Bank, accuses CVS of misappropriating millions in donations to a customer checkout donation box that the chain said would be gifted to the American Diabetes Association.
The proposed class-action suit alleges that CVS broke consumer protection laws in all 50 states.
