Narvar, a customer service platform that major brands use for services such as delivery tracking and returns, has hired a chief legal and trust officer whose credentials include stints at Fastly, Salesforce and Intel.
Paul Luongo replaces Jay DeGooyer at the San Mateo, California-based company. DeGooyer departed in November to become general counsel of the Los Angeles-based software communications company TigerConnect.
