Rite Aid’s chief legal officer, Paul Gilbert, is leaving the pharmacy chain after less than three years with the company.
Gilbert became the Philadelphia-based company’s executive vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary in 2020. He received the chief legal officer title in 2022.
