3M is fighting an attempt to depose its CEO for a key bankruptcy hearing next month involving its combat earplugs.
Lawyers for 235,000 claimants suing over the earplugs want Mike Roman to testify about statements he made last year when Aearo Technologies filed for Chapter 11, specifically, that 3M would provide a $1 billion trust to resolve the lawsuits.
